'ಎಂ.ಎಲ್.ಎ' ಪ್ರಥಮ್ ರಾಜಕಾರಣ ಕಂಡು ವಿಮರ್ಶಕರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನು.?

ಮಾತಲ್ಲೇ ಮರ ಹತ್ತಿಸಿ, ಮನದಿಂದ ಮರೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಿನಿಮಾ: ವಿಜಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ

ವರ್ಣರಂಜಿತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಸರಾದವರು ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳು. ಗಂಭೀರ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ಜತೆಗೆ ಹಾಸ್ಯಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆಯುಳ್ಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನೂ ಈ ನಾಡು ಕಂಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಕಂಡುಂಡ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು 'ಎಂಎಲ್ಎ' ಸಿನಿಮಾದ ಮೂಲಕ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಮೌರ್ಯ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ಘಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿಸಿ, ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಮಿಡಿ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನಮ್ಮ ನಡುವಿನ ರಾಜಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತಲೇ, ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ನೋಡುಗರಿಗೆ ಆಪ್ತವೆನಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಹಾಗಂತ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಇದು ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ. ಪ್ರಥಮ್ ಆಡುವ ಅತಿಯಾದ ಮಾತು, ಅಸಂಬದ್ಧ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶ, ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಬಂದು ಹೋಗುವ ಹಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಹಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲೇಬೇಕು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಥಮ್ ನಟನೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರಿದ್ದಂತೆಯೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಬಚಾವ್ - ನಂದಿನಿ.ಕೆ.ಎಲ್

Film loses with Pratham's antics: The New Indian Express

Seeming more like an extended version of the ‘Olle Hudga Pratham' of Bigg Boss Kannada, Season 4, and his leap onto the big screen, MLA had no dearth of publicity.
